CNC series production
CNC series production of precision parts in medium and large batch sizes. Precision turning, precision milling, precision grinding, automation and 3-shift operation ensure repeatable quality and economical unit costs.
Further processing
Surface technology, pre- and post-treatments as well as additional processes are directly integrated into the manufacturing process. Anodising, passivation, electroplating, painting, cleaning and marking reduce interfaces and ready precision parts for assembly.
Assembly of components
Mechanical, electromechanical and optical assemblies are created through in-house manufacturing, procurement of purchased parts and inventory management. ESD-protected assembly as well as functional, leak tightness and endurance tests ensure tested quality for recurring series.
Service & Automation
Industrial services, maintenance, retrofitting, special machine construction and automation solutions ensure the availability of production facilities. A team of specialists in polymechanics, automation, control technology and software reduces downtime and stabilises processes.
