Use of turning / milling centres

We manufacture your components in a continuous process on modern turning and milling centres, automatic lathes and high-precision lathes. This reduces clamping, increases process reliability and enables the efficient production of complex geometries in a single manufacturing step. Our production machines set standards for economical, precise and customised solutions.

For demanding applications, we also offer fine turning on specialised high-precision lathes. This allows us to achieve maximum surface quality and the tightest tolerances.

Quality assurance and documented test results

Our high-performance measurement technology ensures that every precision turned part meets our requirements for dimensional accuracy and quality – from the first to the last part. From process release to final inspection, we document all measurement results on high-precision Hexagon co-ordinate measuring machines.

We continuously monitor process stability, either directly at the machine or in our climate-controlled measurement technology rooms. This ensures reproducible, documented precision and reliable quality.
